APS Accounts is an accounts receivable management system operated by Alpine Shipping Pte Ltd. It provides tools for managing customers, debit/credit notes, payments, and financial statements.

• You must notify the administrator immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared

• Upload malicious files or content
• Interfere with the service's operation or security
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the system. Alpine Shipping is not liable for errors in financial records caused by incorrect data entry.

6. Intellectual Property

The APS Accounts platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Alpine Shipping Pte Ltd. Your data remains your property.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

Alpine Shipping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid (if any) for the service.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the profile settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
